We do our best to present useful information, but programs change, websites become outdated, and mistakes happen. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee. Contact the provider directly, ask questions, and decide whether an opportunity is appropriate for your family.

HomeschoolHSV is owned and operated by Scholar Tree, LLC ("HomeschoolHSV," "we," "us," or "our"). The information on homeschoolhsv.com (the "Site") is provided for general informational and directory purposes only.
Nothing on the Site is intended to replace professional legal, medical, financial, safety, educational, or other advice. Families should consult an appropriately qualified professional when advice is needed for their particular circumstances.
Open-directory disclaimer
HomeschoolHSV is an open directory. We do not investigate, verify, approve, endorse, recommend, certify, license, supervise, or guarantee the organizations, programs, businesses, individuals, events, or resources listed on the Site.
The presence of a listing does not mean that HomeschoolHSV or Scholar Tree, LLC:
Has inspected a location or attended a program;
Has confirmed an instructor's qualifications, licensing, insurance, background checks, training, or experience;
Has evaluated an organization's leadership, policies, curriculum, worldview, teaching methods, safety procedures, or business practices;
Has confirmed that a provider complies with every applicable law, regulation, or professional standard; or
Recommends that a family use or participate in the listed opportunity.
Likewise, the absence of a listing does not reflect negatively on an organization or resource.
Accuracy and changing information
Directory information may come from official websites, public social-media pages, provider submissions, community submissions, and other publicly available sources. Although we make reasonable efforts to present information accurately, we do not warrant that any listing or other content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Names, locations, service areas, ages or grades served, schedules, prices, registration requirements, availability, leadership, policies, and contact information can change without notice. A website or social-media page may also be outdated even when it appears to be an official source.
Contact the provider directly before registering, paying, traveling, sharing personal information, or relying on a listing. If you identify inaccurate or outdated directory information, please use our Submit a Directory Request page to request a correction.
Submitting a resource, organization, correction, or removal request does not guarantee that a listing will be added, changed, or removed. We may edit submitted information for clarity, consistency, length, formatting, and directory fit.
Family responsibility and safety
Each family is responsible for evaluating whether an organization, provider, program, event, class, product, location, or resource is appropriate for its own children and circumstances.
Before participating, families may wish to ask providers about matters such as supervision, drop-off policies, accessibility, emergency procedures, background checks, insurance, instructor qualifications, required equipment, physical demands, refunds, costs, religious or philosophical approach, and accommodations. This is not an exhaustive checklist, and HomeschoolHSV cannot make suitability or safety decisions for a family.
Do not rely on HomeschoolHSV as a substitute for communicating directly with a provider.
Private groups and sensitive information
Some homeschool groups or activities operate privately. HomeschoolHSV does not intentionally publish private meeting addresses, sensitive personal details, or private group information without appropriate leadership authorization.
Users should not submit another person's private contact information, a private meeting location, or other sensitive information without permission. If you believe private or inappropriate information has been published, submit a correction or removal request through our Submit a Directory Request page.
No provider relationship
HomeschoolHSV is not the organizer, employer, agent, representative, partner, or service provider for independently operated organizations, businesses, instructors, events, or resources appearing in the directory unless a page expressly states otherwise.
Questions about registration, payment, cancellations, refunds, schedules, services, policies, injuries, disputes, or accommodations must be directed to the applicable provider. Any transaction or agreement is between the user and the provider.
Advertising, sponsorships, featured placements, and affiliate links
The Site may contain paid advertisements, sponsorships, sponsored content, featured placements, or affiliate links. We aim to identify paid or compensated content clearly.
